Please Report the following:

Unauthorized / Suspicious transaction that have taken place on any of the The Bihar State Co-operative Bank Ltd. Electronic Payment Channels.

In Case of any Theft / Loss:

In case of loss / theft of card, the cardholder shall immediately block his/her card to avoid any misuse through following channels:

• By sending SMS e.g. BLOCK 000134********* (Account Number) to 8750587505 from your registered mobile number.
• Contact Branch Manager of your Home Branch.

Note: Before notifying us, please double check that it’s not a transaction you might’ve simply forgotten.
